Return Policy
In case you wish to change the product or products you have purchased, you can return part and/or all of the goods you ordered through our online store within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt. Before any product return, you should contact the Customer Service department of our company either by calling our call center +30 2310 652 970 or by sending us an e-mail to our email address within 24 hours.
If the customer wishes to return the products, he is fully responsible for both the shipping costs for the shipment of the order (in case of free shipping) and the costs for returning the products by post, courier or a transport company in the area of our company. It is pointed out that the responsibility for loss, damage or destruction of the products rests with the customer until they are received by the company. In the event that our company is responsible for the change/return of the product, then our company is charged with the cost of return.
Products intended for return should:
- Be in their original condition (Sealed as received including packaging, Crystals, Glasses, Hats etc.)
- There has been prior telephone or written communication regarding your intention to return the products.
- Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.
- We do not accept returns of counterfeit products from the moment of delivery.
- The customer cannot return or exchange products that are special constructions/custom according to his/her needs.
